Contradictory Foods & Steps To Do After Taking Food

Contradictory Foods:

‘Onion + Milk’ – Should not be taken together. Leads to many Skin related diseases like ‘scorriacis’, ‘Eczama’, ‘itching’.

Contradictory Foods together is not good for health:

1) ‘Milk + Panasa’ (‘JACKFRUIT’) Fruit.
2) Milk + any item containing Citric acid. Citric acid items – Orange, Pomegranate, Grapes, Mangoes etc. Only sour items permitted is “AMLA”.
3) ‘Ghee + Honey’ together is prohibited.

Contradictory Foods together is not good for health:

1) ‘Tur Dhal+ Curd’ together is prohibited.
2) ‘Dahi wada’ should not be taken.
3) Experiments proved that, Blood pressure (B.P.) increased by 20 to 40 points after eating ‘Dahi wada’.
4) If you want to eat ‘dahi wada’, use ‘moong dhal’ for ‘wada’ preparation.

What to do after taking food : 

1.Brazil, Mexico & Australia – made it compulsory in offices to take rest after lunch. 2.Do not sleep immediately after taking food in the evening / night.
3.Take rest after a minimum of 02 hours of taking food.
4.Do not take any ‘Dhal curry’ with ‘Curd’.

What to do after taking food: 

If you want to take curd / Butter milk after Dhal, then add – ‘Zilakara’, ‘Vamu’ & Rock Salt and do “TALIMPU”.

Effect:  If you sleep immediately after dinner, you are prone to Diabetes & Heart attack.

Tips: a.Tea – Tea is at 50 – 600 Degree C

b.Stomach enzymes try to bring tea to stomach temperature by 37 – 400 C.
